5,000 views, where I've been, etc

Wed Oct 22, 2008, 1:46 PM
I'm still alive. The main reason I hadn't done any new artwork for the past six months was my new shift at work. In May, I moved to the Magic Kingdom, third shift as a ride and show technician. I spent about three months working on Pirates of the Caribbean, and I've been at the Enchanted Tiki Room for almost three. It's pretty awesome, but 3rd shift is not easy to deal with.
The other main reason I've not gotten anything done around here was the mlb season. I got to watch 154 of the 173 games the Red Sox played this year, and it was a great season. They certainly know how to keep it suspenseful, and in the end fell one win short of a return to the world series.
Thanks for 5,000 views.
I just posted this year's birthday portrait for my wife. Hopefully I'll have some other new illustrations up here soon.
